Vicleolan does not endorse or host any third-party content and disclaims all liability related to your media usage.

• You may not use Vicleolan to play illegally obtained or copyrighted content without authorization.
• You may not attempt to bypass any technical limitations or security features.
• You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Vicleolan's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Vicleolan software, design, logos, trademarks, and underlying code are owned by Vicleolan or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. The Vicleolan name, logo, and related marks are registered and unregistered trademarks.

5. Updates and Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in Portland, OR courts.
